A Day for You: Awaken Your Inner Creative

An intimate, artist-led day retreat with Aušra Babiedaitė Rasimas and Angie SatNam Vintage, created as an invitation to slow down, reconnect and make something with your hands.

We begin with gentle Kundalini Yoga & Breathwork, guided by Angie, creating space to arrive in the body and settle into the day.

From there, Aušra introduces the ritual behind Sekretas: Hidden Bloom, inspired by the Lithuanian childhood tradition of creating secret flower compositions beneath glass. Using flowers, sand, glass and colour, you will create your own personal floral composition, an intuitive exploration of memory, nature and imagination.

Your composition will then be photographed by Aušra, transforming the temporary arrangement into a lasting image. You will receive a high-quality digital photograph of your creation, included in the experience.

There is no need for artistic experience. The day is an invitation to explore, experiment and enjoy the process of making.
